The Department of Humanities and Culture seeks to train creative talents who can lead the future of Korea with a good understanding of humanities. Freshmen and sophomores learn a wide variety of knowledge on humanities regarding Korean history, philosophy, language and literature, and culture, while juniors and seniors are directed to choose from three specialties of Korean language and literature, archeology and history, and humanities and philosophical counseling, in order to hone professional skills required after graduation.
