In the knowledge and information society of the 21st century, all organizations, including police, administrative agencies, and companies, need talented people with the ability to set goals (vision), judgment, problem solving, human relations, innovation and change response. The educational content of the Police and Public Administration Department aims to cultivate these abilities to cultivate talented people with the qualities and abilities to efficiently and scientifically solve and manage social and organizational problems.

In response, the police and administration departments set the vision of "a leading department in the southeastern region of education, research, and talent training in the police and administrative fields" and set the 21st century talent training with the qualities and abilities to solve and manage social and organizational problems as the department's mission.

In particular, we intend to produce convergent intellectuals with problem-solving skills by cultivating macroscopic and systematic social science knowledge in public administration that can adequately respond to social changes such as police science-related expertise necessary to efficiently solve security problems, international environment, and changes in domestic environment following the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution in the 21st century.In addition, we want to cultivate people who communicate and cooperate with others with interest in public issues of the country and the local community, and people who can actively contribute to society through their own talent development.
